I still don't feel well. Same symptoms. I broke down and called Parkland (the vet wouldn't take me) and they have a dental clinic. I need to pay them $80 up front and then they will set an appointment for me- nothing open till September. So I'll take them some cash as soon as I have it.
I really don't feel well at all. On top of it all I found something out that has left me feeling like I've been played for a major fool. I'm overwhelmed with sadness and I just want to crawl off somewhere and be alone.

Are you running a fever at all? If so, you need to get to a doctor asap - just go to the ER. Even without fever, a dental infection can cause serious health problems and needs to be treated with major antibiotics.

Not much of a fever if one at all. The stupid little ass hostess came to work sick 2 days in a row and I think I caught her fucking bug. Little pimply faced plague spreader...
The pain in my tooth is from one that cracked, I keep putting that dental gum on it to cover what I'm guessing is a crack to the nerve. It helps some.

I am more worried about your heart than your sickness here...something tells me that there is something major.

:( sucky... you sound like you need a freaking break.. your wearing yourself out between 2 jobs... K.. and money stress.. it all tends to wear a person down after awhile...
I hope you can time some time for yourself... easier said than done Im sure.. but your worrying me!!!

your combination of dental problems, fever and chills, is real cause for concern, even if you can't make the connection between the two. You probably need Penicillin or an antibiotic at least to prevent a more serious heart related infection. I mean it. Don't wait that long. Sorry about the undisclosed problem that's hurting you as well.
do you remember what got K in trouble? Undiagnosed Diabetes, and a relatively minor infection that got out of control.
